Your role as a Business Coach will be to work directly with Wisconsin small business owners, coaching them on how to develop teams, plans and systems that help lead to their best possible success.  Areas we focus on include:

What makes a great Coach?

The key requirements are, 1) Passion to help people reach their goals, and 2) Be a collaborative problem solver.  Minimum of 5 years sales or business developmental work experience, 10 years preferred.  Every other tool and skill you’ll need will be provided in initial and ongoing training.  This is a great career path for someone who is motivated by:

• Independence – You’ll be self-employed, but not alone. You’ll set your own schedule, manage your own time and build your own professional practice… with the support, tools and resources you need from us.
