He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and training in TPM Practices and Lean Six Sigma.

  • Todd Bradberry

    Helping organizations and their people grow is Todd Bradberry's passion, his "True North." Todd’s leadership career with NAPA Auto Parts and Caterpillar took him to seven different assignments in four states. As Vice President of Goodwill Industries, he led a dramatic growth strategy. In less than four years, they changed the culture, rebranded the agency, and more than doubled sales volume. Todd became a full-time entrepreneur in 2008. He has never looked back. Now as an AdviCoach Business Coach, he advocates for small businesses and helps leaders reach business and life goals. Todd holds B.S. and MBA Degrees from Virginia Tech. He is active in the community and enjoys the outdoors.
