He coaches teams as well, helping them understand the fundamentals of working together and how important their culture is.     Tom is a Certified Value Builder Advisor as well as a C-IQ Enhanced Skills Coach.

    Tom is married to his lovely wife Julie of 25 years, and partnered with her in raising their four children: Kelsey, Nate, Evan and Derek. Tom plays basketball, enjoys his time cooking with Julie and watching their children become responsible adults.
