Meet Sharon Lewis: Business Coach, Advisor, and Community Leader
With 25 years of corporate experience as a project manager, Sharon Lewis made a purposeful transition to business coaching to pursue her passion for empowering business owners. Her mission is to help entrepreneurs unlock their business's full potential, achieve their Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, and Equity (ILWE) goals, and contribute to the vitality of the local economy. Sharon’s guiding principle is simple yet profound: leave everything better than she found it.
As a dedicated advocate for aligning work with lifestyle aspirations, Sharon is committed to helping business owners discover their "sweet spot” where professional success and personal fulfillment meet. She understands that many entrepreneurs lack a support system or a sounding board for their ideas. That’s where Sharon steps in. She creates a collaborative space for business owners to step back from daily operations, focus on the big picture, and develop actionable strategies to grow their businesses.
Sharon’s contributions extend beyond coaching. She is an active member of the Greater Old Saybrook Chamber of Commerce, where she previously served on the Board of Directors. Her achievements have been recognized with prestigious honors, including the Small Business Association’s Connecticut Home-Based Business of the Year award in 2020 and the Old Saybrook Chamber’s Women of Excellence Award. Sharon also gives back to her community through her roles on the Boards of Directors for the Ivoryton Library Association and The Rockfall Foundation.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Sharon has called Connecticut home for over 30 years, bringing with her a touch of PA Dutch charm. In her free time, she enjoys time with her daughter (and her sports teams), participating in investment and book clubs, and indulging her creative side through gardening and fused glass art. Her household is a lively one, shared with chickens, cats, fish, and an unexpected assortment of rodents.
