Consider who on your team has the necessary skillset as well as experience needed to complete the task accurately and efficiently. Once you have chosen someone for a task, it is important to provide them with appropriate training and support along the way. If there are certain protocols that need followed during completion of a task, make sure these are communicated clearly beforehand so that everyone involved understands what needs to be done and how best to do it.
