Emily Bauman is an expert at taking successful people to greater levels of success. As a former owner of her own landscape company, and lifelong student of human behavior, Emily has based her coaching practice on one question: How do I make one small change that will result in astounding results? These small changes in perspective have the biggest impact for those who are already achieving and creating momentum in their lives and businesses. Coaching is powerful and impactful. Emily helps her clients make these small changes that change everything. A high-performer herself, Emily knows there is always a better way. So she finds it, studies it, and refines it. She perfects her craft and continuously enhances her art. Emily feels it is vital to study, read, research and explore more than her clients. She has a relentless drive for professional and personal development. Emily’s clients are powerful, passionate and successful, yet sometimes the next level still feels like a really big leap. Emily helps people who already achieve ‘impossible’ goals to create their own futures and reach what still looks ‘impossible’ to them.
