    Teresa A. Pedigo is a graduate of Millikin University with a BS in Finance.   She spent 23 years in the financial services industry as a Bank Examiner with the OCC; Director of Compliance for three banks, a mortgage company and an auto leasing company; and as a Director of Financial Services in a large consulting firm. She received two merit awards at the OCC; earned three certifications while working for the consulting firm; and was named Executive of the Year in Banking Compliance in 2010.

    Near the end of 2014, she decided to become a Business Owner and purchased an AdviCoach Franchise.  Teresa works with small and mid-size businesses to help them set goals, create actions to reach goals, and provides accountability to keep the owner on track to meet their goals.  In 2016, she received the Proactive Marketing Trendsetter of the Year Award, along with being the Business Coach for the 2016 AdviCoach Client of the Year.

    Teresa possesses strong management skills in strategic planning, business analysis, time management, training and development. High-energy business coach with the ability to assist in the research, design, and implement a wide variety of projects within budget and on schedule. Experience with managing complex projects utilizing the development of project plans to achieve optimal business results. Ambitious, visionary professional who formulates new ideas and opportunities, while implementing “best practices” methodologies.
