    Although he has worked with all types of businesses, including start-ups and solopreneur businesses, he typically works with businesses that have existed for 2 or more years, have $500,000.00 + in gross revenues and a team of 5 or more. His most successful clients are goal oriented, committed to change and willing to invest time, energy and effort to achieve success.

    David is a Principled, diligent and resourceful leader, having over 35 years of experience with a broad range and depth of expertise in Business Development, Sales Management, Product and Service Development, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, Continuous Quality Improvement and much more.

    Prior to starting AdviCoach, David was US Sales Manager for NuStep, Inc. He also held various leadership positions at both the University of Michigan Health System and the University of Michigan.

    Through his passion for education and lifelong learning, David has completed Sandler Sales Training, and Sandler Sales Management Training. He holds a B.Ed. from McGill University and a M.S. from the University of Michigan, where he received the Paul Hunsicker Award, a Rackham Fellowship Grant and the Ruth W. Harris Award.
