Career Coaching has been “speaking” to me for over a year with some strong synergies and overlap with the Business Coaching; it has come up in conversations over and over again. Finally, with the Covid-19 quarantine and some “free time”, I finally listened to the universe and put some thought into what I, as a Career Coach, would look like. Several of the tools that I use on a regular basis in business coaching are applicable to Career Coaching- particularly the Income, Lifestyle, Wealth and Equity (ILWE) tool that I start most coaching relationships with. The ILWE is all about finding your “why”- what is important to you, what do you aspire to, what do you want to achieve with a business, or job? In the career coaching program we build from the “why” to either evaluate and validate a business idea if you already have one, or identify what your passion is, either for a career direction or a business start-up or purchase, and how it fits with your strengths and weakneses. From there we create goals and actions and a plan of attack to achieve the career or business that is your dream job. The Career Coaching Program is 8 hours of coaching toward achieving your dream job.
