    We are a team of experienced and proven business leaders who share a passion for helping small, mid-sized and often family-owned businesses realize or recapture the vision and dreams they have for their business. As an AdviCoach, I work with small and mid-sized independent business owners to meet their goals by determining how the best utilize their time and resources.

    With my 35 years of corporate experience, and the world class AdviCoach® systems and tools developed through nearly 30 years of helping businesses excel, we can make a difference in one of the most important segments of our national and local economy - the independent, small and mid-sized entrepreneurs.

    My 35-year corporate career journey includes senior roles with EDS, E&Y, Perot Systems and most recently with DentaQuest and has provided a mix of health care insurance and provider services as well as non-health care experiences. My responsibilities have included managing multi-million dollar IT and Business Process outsourcing, consulting and internal roles - all of which focused on developing strategies and implementing creative solutions to meet business needs, improve IT and Operations delivery and drive organizational change.

    During my tenure at DentaQuest, I held two senior roles. As the SVP Operations, I served as the chief business leader for replacement of our legacy systems, consolidation of our benefits operations onto a single platform and driving operational efficiencies. As the SVP IT, I focused on strategies and programs to implement fundamental improvements in our IT planning, infrastructure and capabilities - all aligned with our business strategy.

    I chose to pursue Business Coaching as my next career path because I strongly believe in the value of small, mid-sized and family-owned businesses to our communities and the economy at large. Sadly, many businesses fail within their first few years. By bringing together my corporate experiences and the wealth of tools and knowledge provided by the AdviCoach® system, I believe we can make a meaningful difference in the lives and successes of our business clients and our communities.

    Prior to my roles in private industry, I served 9 years in the US Air Force.

    On a personal note, my wife Janet and I have two sons, Jake and Josh. We live in Ashland, MA. I also have two grown daughters, Jacy and Lauren that live in Austin, Texas.
